Their Shared Web Hosting solutions are popular among businesses and individuals worldwide, starting from R25.00 pm. The Dedicated Cloud Server service provides total control to the user with the whole resource dedicated to their business, starting from R196.00 pm.

Accelerit offers two payment methods for your convenience. You have the option to pay for your account via the credit / debit card real-time gateway or by debit order. This ensures that your account is updated instantly the minute payment is captured. All payments are to be made strictly via the real-time card gateway to avoid any further processing and funds allocation delays and your payment will automatically be allocated and invoice marked as paid instantly via the portal 27/7- no more waiting. Please note that Accelerit does not support payment by EFT. For processing the payment on the portal, you need to log into your client portal, go to Billing, click on my invoices to view all your invoices, click on Unpaid on the STATUS of the invoice which should be highlighted UNPAID, and then you will be directed to the invoice where you will see the balance payable. Click where it says PAY NOW highlighted in green and you will then be directed to the payment gateway page to authorize the transaction. Please note that the recommended browser is google chrome. Accelerit uses MyGate to process its credit card transactions. MyGate processes transactions for many operators in South Africa and World-wide.

Accelerit has a 7-day device return policy. Devices can be returned for any reason during this period. Returned units must be in the same condition as shipped (including all shipped packaging, parts, and accessories) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Regarding refunds, please note that a 10% transaction processing fee will be levied on all refunds. Only applications that cannot be fulfilled due to no availability of fibre or wireless internet services will be refunded by Accelerit. All other refund requests outside of the above statement are non-refundable.

As for the shipping policy, Accelerit issued router and any other equipment always remains the property of Accelerit. There are never any exceptions to this. Accelerit issued router Wi-Fi signal may not always cover your entire house or intended location of use due to wireless signal limitations. In a scenario where the Wi-Fi signal does not sufficiently reach all intended areas of use then the client may need to utilize either a signal booster or install additional access points of their choosing at the client’s cost.

Please note that all incidents should be reported strictly via email to info@accelerit.co.za for record keeping and traceability. Accelerit has a home service SLA of 14 working days for the resolution of reported service issues by its home users. Prepaid Fibre (FTTH) Accounts can be paused for a maximum period of 1 calendar month per calendar year contemplating the client has paid for 11 months in advance. Account pause is only applicable to Prepaid Fibre to the home accounts.
